Yacutinga Lodge

Looking for a rustic experience? Go here. About 2 1/2 hours drive from the airport. They were very accomodating during the ride asking if we needed to stop for a bio break along the way. We were tired from traveling and did not take advantage of the lodge our first night. We settled into our room, had dinner and early to bed. Our room was very rustic, my biggest complaint about the room was poor lighting - it was dark even with the lights on. Otherwise functional and clean. We experienced a full day of rain so we didn't get to take advantage of the resident guide and the surrounding jungle. The food was well presented, on the fancy looking side ;) We enjoyed what we ate and they were very accomodating to our tastes. Arnold and team made us feel very welcome and taken care of.

We have had very warm and professional attention, especially from our guide Arnold, who was always very attentive in every detail. We have done several jungle tours where he shared his wisdom and kindness, taking care of us at all times. He also introduced us to members of the local Guaraní culture and we shared a tour, matte and music with them. The gastronomic service super flexible in terms of our needs and preferences so there were specially adapted menus, for those in our group who were vegan and lactose intolerant. The cleanliness excellent, very fast and efficient! As for transportation too, super friendly, helped us with the heavy bags. The wonderful place, immersed in nature, a calm spot and full of butterflies 😍 (visited in October) The rowing experience very nice and suitable for inexperienced people like me 😅 I was afraid to get on the Kayak but I received help and instructions to make everything go well and in the end I really enjoyed it. Anyway, unforgettable and super recommended everything ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you!

Yacutinga lodge was just magical - we had the best time. Our guide, Reyen, was really friendly and knowledgeable. We saw lots of lovely birds, butterflies and monkeys. The kayaking down the Iguazu was really special - memories definitely made. The accommodation was lovely as was the food too !
