Terrible experience. And there is no manager to complain to. The employees do what they can...it is very sad! They have no shame!

It's not worth it. Sleep and walk

After a very long drive from Bariloche, I found this hotel. What a surprise! Room was super comfortable, spacious, extremely clean and had all amenities. Beds were perfect for me. Had a very good sleep. On the minus, very hard to understand reception staff. No English knowledge whatsoever. Only Spanish, but with a SUPER fast speed and a hard to undestand accent. With my school Spanish it was impossible to understand anything, I should have studied harder I guess. Surprise...check out of room and breakfast at 10.00!!! Be aware. Had to check out in a rush. Was probably explained upon check in. Lol All in all, value for money. Very comfortable. Would stay again for sure.
