The hotel is nice; the view, if you are lucky enough to be given a room with a lake view, is very beautiful. We stayed 7 nights and asked if they could give us a room with a nicer view, but they did not give us one. We saw the Havana shop for 7 nights. The breakfast was very weak for a 5-star hotel. The rooms were spacious, well-furnished, and clean. The staff's service was very good. Sometimes we would go out all day and upon arriving near the end of the afternoon feeling cold, the room had not been cleaned and we had to complain; the response was that they could do it until 6:00 PM. The hotel is nice but very far from being a 5-star hotel. If you asked for advice on any tourist activity, they were not very knowledgeable.

I went on a honeymoon. To give me a courtesy I was required to show the marriage certificate!!! Now comes the question... who travels with a marriage certificate to be able to prove that he just got married??? They can not please who chose the hotel to stay 5 days on a super commemorative date. It's ridiculous to ask for proof of marriage during the trip. I got married on June 13 and went to the airport the same day, just passing home to change clothes and pick up the bags... I also left the marriage certificate at home. We live alone and there's no one to send me a copy. If you need the document to prove the marriage, then you should ask BEFORE Arrival to be sent! Nobody asked me for anything via WhatsApp before arriving... and now they say that “need the certificate to prove the offer of courtesy”. RIDICULOUS! You Argentines need to learn a lot how to treat a host. In Brazil no hotel would make such a ridiculous request! Glad my wife didn't know anything. And you won't know. If I could change hotel today, the second day. Super unelegant and unpleasant this hotel posture. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. Bad experience!

Very good hotel for a stay in San Carlos de Bariloche, well located, very clean, comfortable rooms with a view of the lake, the breakfast is very complete and excellent restaurant, very well attended by the staff, it has open and closed parking, heated pool, highly recommended.
