Nice location on the lake, reasonable service at check in. Room strangely designed and very impractical, pokey small bathroom, electricity outlets in the wrong place. Bed quality OK. Service in the lobby bar was disastrous , worst ever experienced in many years on travel, likewise the dinner service, food quality OK, but no service to speak of, did not even have a printed menu. Breakfast options OK, service slightly better but only just. DEFINITELY DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL

Excellent hotel! Impeccable facilities and service. The kindness of the staff is noteworthy. The quality and variety of the breakfast. A special mention to Cristian, who cheerfully attends every morning at the hotel buffet. The spa is spectacular.

Very good hotel, located on the lake, with beautiful views and a few blocks from downtown. Excellent treatment from all staff, very complete and rich breakfast, spa sector with large pool, whirlpool and sauna overlooking the lake. Very comfortable rooms. I'm sure we'll be back.
