Casa Del Lago Resort

A month ago we made a reservation at this property. The next day we asked for cancellation due to health problems and, although it was indicated that the signal was non-refundable, we were assured of the refund if it was cancelled within the day or the next, deducting only bank charges. We met that deadline, but the refund was never made. Despite several attempts at contact, we got no answer or solution. We believe that there was a lack of seriousness and commitment, as the promise of reimbursement was clear. We feel deceived and warn future guests about the dishonestness of this accommodation.

I travel with my family often. This is a 5 star place with all you need and can expect from Bariloche! Excellent to rest, near the city, in front of the lake and enjoying the view of Cerro Catedral. Adriana and Silvia are always ready to answer your questions and help you with the tour suggestions. We will try their homemade food and review as restaurant later. The breakfast is awesome and they even bake croissants Argentinian style. Excellent place!

Spent two nights this summer in one of their smaller rooms with one of my friends and the experience was very very good. Analía was very welcoming and accommodating. The view is outstanding. Our room didn't have one, but we enjoyed the deck and it's sun. The room was good, had a small fridge, a gas stove and all the cooking essentials. There was also a small table. All in all very comfortable. It's quite a ride from town, so I suggest having a car. I will come back when I find myself in Bariloche again.
