Our stay at Hotel Charming was simply exceptional and, without a doubt, one of the highlights of our trip to Bariloche. The hotel's greatest asset is its staff. We would especially like to thank Daniel, Nahui, Franco, and the two team members named Agustín. Every single person we met was incredibly attentive, efficient, kind, and genuinely committed to making our stay unforgettable. It is rare to find such a consistently high level of hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate my 50th birthday—a thoughtful and elegant gesture that made us feel truly special. Every evening, we also received the next day's weather forecast along with a "Dulces Noches" message and a delicious sweet treat. These small touches perfectly reflect the hotel's attention to detail and genuine care for its guests. The breakfast deserves special recognition. It is outstanding, offering an extensive selection of high-quality products, all beautifully presented. Every morning felt like a wonderful experience in itself. Our cabin exceeded all expectations. It was spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally well equipped, featuring excellent heating, a cozy fireplace, a relaxing bathtub, a private parrilla (Argentinian barbecue), and two balconies overlooking the lake and the beach. Every detail had been carefully considered to provide maximum comfort. The hotel itself is beautiful, easily accessible, and set in a breathtaking location. It is the perfect place to relax and fully enjoy the beauty of Patagonia. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already considering returning next year, this time for a longer visit to explore the region even more. If we had to choose the highlight of our trip, Hotel Charming would certainly be at the very top of the list. Congratulations to the entire team for creating such a memorable experience. Our experience at Charming Luxury Lodge was simply unforgettable. From the arrival, the view already impresses: the taxi driver himself commented that the place looked like a fairy tale, and really that was the feeling we had during the whole stay. Our master suite had a wonderful view of the lake with the snowy mountains at the bottom, and the sunset was breathtaking. Every detail of the room conveyed comfort: the bath that for our daughter became a ‘pool’, the shower with chromatotherapy and aromatherapy, and the sheets so comfortable that they looked like a cloud. The staff was a big difference: always very attentive, kind and ready to help. Traveling with a child is not always easy, but in the hotel we felt very comfortable, with space, tranquility and good options in the menu. The breakfast was also excellent. On a day when our tour left before coffee time, the staff prepared some snacks to take, a simple care, but that shows a lot of attention with the guest. Charming Luxury Lodge was the best way to get to know Bariloche: a place where we can rest, enjoy the landscape and live moments that we will keep in memory. Really, a fairy tale in the middle of Patagonia.

2nd time staying at this property. Beautiful views and spacious rooms. Looking forward to the new building being finished. Will have amazing views. Great restaurant and breakfast. Can walk to a couple of restaurants but need transportation to go into town. Daniel at the front desk was amazing at helping out with any needs we had. Very relaxing but it was off season and cold.
