Me and my wife stayed a week in the hotel, high season of July/26. For a week we were unable to take a decent bath in a winter town. The shower had very little flow of water and at all times, froze or boil the temperature. I requested arrangements at the reception on 03 occasions and I did not have the problem solved. I requested a change of apartment and nothing was answered. The other negative point, strange and omissive staff with the guests. Breakfast, without dishes and used cutlery...Finally, in my opinion, as much as it has a good location, I do not recommend accommodation.

Hotel with excellent location on the main street of Bariloche. Good breakfast. Excellent shower and bed. I recommend.

Very good attention from Martin and Melani, and everyone in general! Unfortunately the pool when we came was under maintenance but we were offered a solution.
