Hotel without accessibility, at the entrance has a huge staircase and no staff to help with the bags! The receptionists are not kind and the breakfast bad!

THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND EMPATHY I had an accident (hit-and-run) on Thursday, March 26, in which I suffered a fractured tibia and fibula, undergoing surgery on April 2. I had a reservation with you from April 4 to 6, which I was unable to attend due to my state of health. We requested the cancellation and refund of the money, as it was not possible for me to travel in these conditions. We sincerely appreciate your understanding of the situation and your agreement to return. We are very grateful and look forward to visiting them in the future.

In this hotel 3 nights stay, small room, very small bathroom. With open ventilation duct to the outside. which was above a gas station, so very much noise from outside. During our stay the hotel was remodeled, leaving the breakfast room in a very small room with too many guests. The entrance to the hotel was reached by stairs of about 15 steps, not really convenient with luggage.
