La Cascada Hotel

It was my third time in the hotel, it was closed for renovations that we did not see. Very careless, rooms come unless, the administration a disaster, allow a small group of 5 people to make a “fire pit” just under (literally) the rooms, a horror, 12.30 hs in the morning and without being able to rest The same “administrator” screaming in the living room so we had to ask for a change of room.We were given a very small room right next to the living , appalling Broken room glass and dirt. This hotel is advertised as 4 star luxury but it is far from it. The most expensive deluxe room has not been renovated for years, it was dirty, the mattress was old, the bedding was too small for the mattress, the bathroom had no ventilation, there was mold in the shower and the electrical socket for the kettle was unsafe. In most places this will be classed as a H&S hazard and a risk to health.
