Monasterio Hotel Boutique

Good choice, quiet neighborhood, acceptable breakfast.....but poor soundproofing of the rooms (heard to the murmur of the neighbor) and also the distribution is poor, otherwise acceptable

The hotel has an old structure, having use marks but crazy baths and broken parts without replacement; it is far from the center (needs a car) the acoustics is poor, breakfast is very basic and always the same. However, it has comfortable beds, has good heating, is clean, the parking is free and close to the room, has a heated pool and park to enjoy, has a kitchen equipped on the lower floor, and the attendants are very polite and helpful! Oh, and the view of the mountains is beautiful!

The hotel is very picturesque but modern. It has a dream lake view. It is very well located two blocks from Av. Pioneers who have everything. We stayed in a duplex, ideal for family of 4, super spacious and with all comforts. You can request delivery and it has everything you need to be able to have lunch/dinner in the apartment.We use the spa with reservation and everything perfect. The heated pool on 11, we use almost every day. We had two issues, one with the window above and one with the towel dryer, and the attention of the maintenance people was literally immediate. That is highly valued. We left the reception two things to check the apartment and that it is impeccable. Eric and Lautaro's attention amazing. The service of the excellent breakfast girls, super loving. The hotel is ideal because it is boutique and that makes the experience much better, without so many people, noise, etc. It's very enjoyable. To improve, we mentioned it at the reception the noises of the adjoining apartments. Better soundproofing is missing. Hopefully we can be back soon.
