Quillen Hotel and Spa

Nothing was as I expected! It begins that the smell in the common areas is of dirty bathroom , stagnant water , all the time , never seen equal . The place was not what was in the reserve ( number 440 of av San Martin ) we were directed to the next building , 460 , much lower already outside , narrow corridors , dark ... DirectTV did not meet the minimum of what we would like to see! The bath , a horror, often cold water alternating with hot and at certain hours only cold water ! That means you will take a bath at the time they want! Besides everything, a contact that was said to be available but that argued that the responsibility was the agency that made the reservation and thus did not solve anything! For a city that lives full of Brazilians , who lift the local economy a lot , I thought that empathy was zero ! The agency's fault?

We stayed at Urbana Suites & Studios in a family (couple + 2 children) and it was simply perfect. The apartment is super spacious, well divided, with two rooms, two bathrooms, washing machine, complete kitchen and everything working perfectly — which gave us comfort and freedom during our stay. The location is great close to everything, which made a lot of difference, since the restaurants in Bariloche were quite expensive. We were able to prepare our dinners in our own apartment with the whole house structure. The heating also worked very well — even with negative temperatures on the outside, we were super comfortable, even from shorts inside the appet! The highlight was the receptivity of the owners, always attentive and ready to help. We felt very welcome and welcomed. It was definitely one of the best choices we made in Bariloche. We recommend too much, especially for those travelling with family!

We went to apartment 618 for 5 days. The apartment is very nice but there are things that were not good 1- We made the reservation through Booking where they requested the credit card and clarified that it was exclusively for reservations and that payment was managed on the spot. When we arrived we wrote to the owner to see how we would pay then and she never responded until the last day when she told us that they had already charged us with the card. I don't recommend them for that reason even though the apartment is nice, there are thousands of accommodation options in Bariloche. They make misleading claims on Booking and don't answer the phone when you ask. Not recommendable
