What completely saves the stay is the staff: both in the restaurant and at the front desk they are top-notch. Always with the best attitude, with excellent willingness, attentive to solving every issue that arises. The answer is always yes, and they do everything possible to get you what you need. Truly an exceptional team. Unfortunately, the facilities are not up to the price. The radiator in the room never worked, and later the one in the bathroom stopped working too. One day there was simply no cold water. To top it off, to access the heated pool you have to go through a hallway without heating, so you come out wet from the hot water and cross through the cold to get back. The view is beautiful and the staff is exceptional, but the general maintenance needs an urgent review.

The view the hotel has is beautiful! The rest I thought doesn't work like a 5-star hotel. The radiator in the room was losing water, the heated pool was not very hot on the first day of visit then improved. The restaurant menu was always the same and did not change only sometimes the tickets. In the room a trash can was missing and the base of the wooden balcony was loose. The guy at the reception was very friendly but in 3 days stay we saw him with the same shirt. Expensive restaurant prices too.

I think it was the worst hotel I have ever attended, I went with my family in the second week of January and with some friends and their families, the hotel is full of mushrooms on its walls that are upholstered, I think it is sanitary appalling. As for the food, there is no one to attend to you, we had to wait 25 minutes for someone to arrive and yet it was appalling the food, I think the staff is not to blame, the truth is that the hotel is completely run down and going is a big mistake, everything is extremely unpleasant and apart from the lobby which is apparently quite good everything is disgusting, smelly, ugly and bad. If you see this, I hope it's good for your trip and you don't make the mistake I made staying in this pigsty. Note: there is no hot water or minibar, the towels do not change them and there are no card keys, they are super old keys that make it impossible to open the door and also you have to leave them in the lobby to make toilet because if they do not do, and forget... they do not have a safe either!!!!!!
