When we entered the room, the bathroom flooded. The sheets and pillowcases were dirty (with hair)... we requested a change of room and no others were available until "by magic and insistence" we found another. BUT THE MOST UNUSUAL THING (NUCA HAD HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE) IS THAT WHEN WE RETURNED FROM BREAKFAST (9:40AM) AND WENT TO THE ROOM TO GET OUR THINGS TO CHECK OUT AND WITHDRAW, WE WERE NOT ALLOWED ACCESS TO IT, BLOCKING THE MAGNETIC CARD (LUCKILY WE DID NOT HAVE OUR CHILDREN SLEEPING INSIDE)... WE ASKED FOR THE UNLOCK AND UNWILLINGLY THEY DIDN'T SAY WE COULD ENTER, WHICH DIDN'T HAPPEN... AFTER RETURNING AND RE-INSISTING WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF REMOVING OUR THINGS AS IT WAS NOT EVEN TIME FOR THE END OF THE STAY (IT WAS NOT EVEN 10AM), WE COULD ENTER TO REMOVE THE BAGS... OF CRAZY... IMAGINE THEY HAVE A CHILD SLEEPING INSIDE AND WON'T LET YOU ENTER THE ROOM TO LOOK FOR HIM??? AND IT WASN'T EVEN TIME TO GO!!!! Anyway, never again in this place. The gentleman who was at night, a cupid, but the girls of the day, need to learn good manners and customs.

Excellent hotel in price quality. A little noisy but very good. Good attention and has good service. Be careful, they wanted to charge me for a single with a large bed as a double room. It's on the street Balcarce which is the main street of the rest of Salta

Everything was excellent and the location was great. bullfighting one block in front of the plaza. Staff of ten. Superb breakfasts. Always room with everything Beds and pillows are very good. All staff willing to help everywhere.duper clean
