Sheraton Salta Hotel

My stay was FANTASTIC. I stay here every time I go to Salta and it is a full enjoyment. They made me feel very comfortable, as always. The hotel was remodeled, the rooms are very comfortable and very nice. A special thanks to Griselda, the maid who organized my room, 720, and made sure I was very comfortable. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL. With all the services. EXCELLENCE SERVICE THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING.. I CHOOSE YOU A THOUSAND TIMES MORE.

The good thing is that the concierge was super helpful with organising trips. The bad starts with the hotel itself. I think it may be the oldest in the Marriott chain. It looks like it was built in the 70s and nothing's happened since. I appreciate the challenges of investing in Argentina but there are now many nice boutique hotels in Salta, which might explain why they were full and this one mostly empty. For Bonvoy members seeking points only. Second, the management thought it was a good idea to allow an event with loud music from 4pm to 11pm at the pool, which all the rooms face. A complaint got a promise to turn the music down and to end at 10. That didn't happen so it took another visit to the lobby to get the staff to finally do something about it.

Small hotel in beautiful Salta, Argentina. The staff was super friendly and attentive. The hotel was super clean and well kept. I would definitely go back!
