We loved staying here the lovely lady Cami y Nahue in the bar was the most loveliest person we met. She was helpful and talking in English with us very impressed. Food was amazing and enjoyed the Happy Hour with discounted drinks and a great view. .

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in April 2026. The staff is very attentive and helpful. They have very good coordination with the main tour operator agencies as they manage bookings, even at night, for the next day, as was my case. An excellent breakfast, varied and abundant. Spacious and clean rooms. I had some issues with the pre-check-in with the airline; they offered assistance and resolved it in minutes. They have an elegant snack bar with very good food options and fine wines, all at reasonable prices. It is located on top of a small hill, offering beautiful views of the town and the Argentine lake. Conclusion: 100% recommended.

All the staff were friendly and ready to help in anything we need. The restaurant and bar served good food and wine. I should mention the Front Desk receptionist Estevan, who speaks fluent English and shared knowledge on local trips. We were much impressed. We would recommend this hotel and would like to stay if we go there again.
