It is an excellent hotel, with a very good view and cozy. The facilities are very good My only negative comment is about the breakfast. It had little variety and everything was very sweet

Large room without charm with lake view. It has a large bay window but it does not open. Just a small opening that tilts slightly out. Quiet, but you can hear the neighbors. In the bathroom it is necessary to measure 2 m to catch the shower head. Large room for breakfast which is uninteresting because industrial products. Be careful if you are staying at the annex, there is no elevator and no one comes to help you.

I couldn't find room for 4, booked for 3 and thought I'd pay for an extra 5 year old. Their policies don't allow us to enter 4 into a room of 3, which was large. They had no more rooms and I had to go to another hotel and leave my wife and children aged 7 and 5 there for the 2 nights. Unbelievable, not even paying allowed me, and I requested NOTHING extra, not even a towel. I asked them for a favor and they refused to let the four of us be in the room. I would not recommend this hotel at all, I It seemed very inhuman what they did to us!
