I arrived on 31/12/25 without reservation, I was extremely well served at the reception, and I got a room, the last one! Very good morning face, cordiality, cleanliness. The location is very good.

My travel agent Say Hueque booked this hotel for me.Conveniently Located near main street in El Chalten, my single room is spacious & has enough room for 3 persons. It is comfortable & clean with an attached bathroom.There is a spacious lobby cum wine bar lounge & a small sitting room at the back.Bookshelves line the sitting areas & are filled with storybooks & travel books on patagonia .Once I am free, I will sit down & read the books. The staff are polite & passionate about the sights in the town. They offe r good recommendations on trekking destinations. They serve a buffet breakfast in the morning, Only grumble is that they do not serve much fresh cut fruits on the breakfast table. The restaurant in the hotel dining room serves delicious mountain cuisine.So far, I have eaten 2 main fish dishes . BOth dishes tasted excellent! Hotel guests get 10% discount!
