I made a reservation in booking and something went wrong, it was charged twice, I requested a refund from the people at LUPAMA, they refused, they told me that they would leave the reservation open, requesting the reservation to take advantage of it since they charged me 340 dollars and they told me that The prices went up, since then I have written to them and they have not responded to me, I don't think they should treat tourists that way, unserious and a theft.
