Senderos Hosteria

We (4 adults) spent 3 nights here as a base for doing 2 big hikes. Staff were very warm and welcoming. Rooms were small but comfortable. We had a lovely few days here. The town is interesting with lots of places to eat and drink. Well worth a visit but probably suits hardier travelers than tourists.

We stayed in room 302 and loved how spacious and comfortable it was — easy to unwind after long days of hiking. Right at the bottom of town, this was a really fantastic starting point to jump off to trains and restaurants. Nothing is far in El Chalten. Staff here are a big reason this place stands out. Super friendly and genuinely helpful with recommendations, trail info, outside restaurants, and anything we needed to make our stay smooth. If you’re headed to El Chaltén and want a relaxed place with great views and easy access to town and trails, this is a winner.

Good and quiet location. Very nice view. Place is clean. Super friendly and helpful staff. Very delicious food and accommodating food restrictions like allergies. Breakfast and coffee are great.
