1412 Hotel Boutique De Lujo

I confess that I did not go on Trip to evaluate my stay at 1412. If I had done so, perhaps I would not have booked it. Nevertheless, I will give my positive opinion on what I believe could be improved with little effort. I stayed in room 102; I don't know if it is the same in all rooms, but it is close to a storage area where people start coming in and out (and make a lot of noise, I don't know if that could be avoided) at 8:30 AM, in our case, on the first Sunday morning... and at 9:30 AM it lessens, but if you have light sleep or come back from a party like we did, it is terrible. I don't know if this is avoidable; perhaps starting that noise from 10 AM, for example. Regarding breakfast, I think that if the system (which is clearly explained before booking) is this, there should at least be a small table in the room (and not a fixed shelf on the wall); we were three, and there was an armchair and a folding stool. This way, one has to take things to the bed while the other two juggle to have breakfast on the shelf. I don't know how it will be in the others; perhaps it is just room 102. Everything else was perfect, for example, the shower takes a while to heat up, but after a bit, it is perfect. The beds are super comfortable. The room is clean. For breakfast, I give a 10 to the toast with butter, cheese, and dulce de leche. A 6 for the croissants; I would consult, for example, ml or something else. That is why I say, I believe that with little effort they could greatly improve the service. To conclude, a 10 for service, both from the two girls who welcomed and bid us farewell and the communication via WhatsApp... since the room does not have a minibar, they let us store some portions we had left over from dinner until the next day. I cannot tell you if I recommend it or not; I hope my comment helps improve the rating because the most important thing, which is the human capital, they have.

Very nice hotel, careful the details and in the room you find what you need. Its facilities are comfortable, we stayed only one day, but the staff was very attentive... everything spotless and spacious. Breakfast is served in the room.....very good bread

All right. The rooms are very suitable. Showers, bed, elements, everything ok. Perhaps the only observation is the breakfast, which is not bad, although it is very basic. The attention was very good, the reception was ok. The location is good, very conducive to the city of Rosario.
