Cap Polonio

We stayed at the Hotel Cap Polonio in Usuhaia, 4 nights in April 2026. during check in we are clarified: that CLEANING OF THE ROOMS IS EVERY THREE DAYS, but we can request towels / nes, without inconvenience before 2 pm.. later the laundry closes. This applies to CONTRIBUTE with the CARE OF THE ENVIRONMENT. The next day we returned late from Tolhuin and, found the room and bathroom UNCLEANED.. Repeating themselves like this, during our stay, they just COMPLETED THE CLEANING OF ROOM AND BATHROOM, the third day and, the day before our check out. This "ECO-FRIENDLY SERVICE" that is practiced in hotels, reduces energy, chemicals and water use with the saving of laundry; but MUST COMPLY WITH THE DAILY CLEANING PROTOCOL. The Hotel Cap Polonio under its Ecological Service, not only SAVED ON LAUNDRY, but CUT CLEANING STAFF, NOT MEETING THE DAILY CLEANING MEASURES: ventilation, trash collection and, COMPLETE CLEANING OF ROOM AND BATHROOM. We were guests, in small hostels where the change of whites were every three days, BUT ALWAYS DAILY CLEANING!. NO CONSULTATION, APPLIES, I INSIST IS PART OF THE REGULATIONS OF ALL HOTELS

I couldn't have stayed in a better hotel. Hotel Cap Polonio is exactly where everything happens: shops, restaurants... everything! It is a strategic point for those who want to be close to everything. I hired tours with agencies, got picked up at the hotel and didn't have to use a taxi for anything on a daily basis. The facilities are great: clean and organized rooms, hot shower, good towels and comfortable bed. The hotel also has a very good restaurant. Breakfast is simple but delicious. I hope to return to Ushuaia and when I return, I will definitely stay again at Cap Polonio.
