We are writing to you with great respect regarding our booking on behalf of Miguel Ángel Díaz Rodríguez, corresponding to the expected dates of accommodation in your hotel: 4-7 December 2025. Unfortunately, due to the death of my father (death certificate attached), we were unable to enjoy our stay. We are aware that the reservation is non-refundable, but we would kindly request you to consider making a major cause exception.It is important to emphasize that the cancellation notice was made on 27 November, while the start of the reservation was not scheduled until 4 December. This means that we notified the situation a week in advance and immediately as soon as we became aware of the event.

The hotel has an excellent location with views of the mountains and harbor but best of all are the staff. The rooms are large and so are the towels. The restaurant has convenient hours and the breakfast if plentiful with many choice. The wait staff and bartenders do an excellent job. For those of us with limited Spanish they are patient and kind. A very pleasant place all around. We had a very nice stay.
