I have travel agency in Korea and every year visit south america with my groups. but this hotel is the worst hotel in Argentina at my experience. first, room is very small, old and smelly. location is very far from centro, and need to climb steep slope. very unconfortable. breakfast is terrible. and the worst thing is reception guy. he didn't hear any my request, even I booked 15 rooms for my group. and after check-in, I left my big bottle of water and some travel documents at table of lobby. but when I came back to hotel after 1 hour, I found that he dumped all my things as trash. I have visited hundreds of hotels of the world, but I have never saw that hotel employee dump belongings of guest. sure, after check-out, it's possible. but just after check-in, he dumped all my things. even he knew that those are my belongings. and insisted to me that he didn't do anything wrong. he doesn't have any service mind for guests. I had lived in South America and have visited South America more than 20 times, but this guy is the worst hotel employee in South America hotel owner was worse. next morning I complained for his emplyee's behavior. but he told me that was 100% my fault. they dump to trash anything when they clean. this hotel is crazy. they have 0% service mind for clients

We love him. Well located, very attentive staff, not so abundant breakfast but all very rich. The rooms include electric kettle and tea and coffee sachets, an important detail for us. They have some rooms in an area like parked, our favorites.

Rooms with minimum services , without TV, hairdryer, fridge or hob.Breakfast without a single fruit only a few crescents .It is not possible to eat in the being that the rooms are very small. Water spills from the videt.My baby gon family was provided with a rickety cot that was changed after the claim.Another of the rooms very noisy by the passage to another sector of the hotel.AND NO ELEVATOR.
