The Santiago receptionist is very attentive and kind. The hotel is old, but comfortable. The shower is quite complicated, sometimes very hot and sometimes very cold. The room heating could be better. I got a little cold. The floor of the bedroom and bathroom are heated, perfect. The bed linen and bath very clean. The hotel is very clean. Good/reasonable breakfast. The cafes are very friendly and friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent.

Good solution to stay a stone's throw from the center and the port from which many excursions depart, the structure is not exactly modern but we would definitely go back. Very kind and helpful at reception. The rooms are not very large but well furnished and with the comforts appropriate to the category (smart TV over 50 inches, safe).
