Dude. Old and shabby mattresses and pillows. Moist. Service of mediocre staff, attend to unwilling and bad. Noisy. Only Mr. Lino is saved, super kind. The others, forgettable.

Excellent service from the hotel staff. Pregnant trip and the help and care they provided to have all the possible comforts I was pleasantly surprised. I want to highlight Mirta’s work for its great willingness!.

I would not go back. We arrived without reservations on a day with very low temperatures, and as the hotel was quite full, they gave us two rooms in a sector where the heating did not work, without informing us (we would have left) and at the same price as the others. The solution was to give us an electric heater to leave it on all night (A DANGER) to the point that at one point the instillations overheated and the power went out. When we complained to Roxana about the lack of honesty, she looked at us and accepted all the complaints, but her response was that it was already done and she was not going to change anything.
