Sol San Javier Spa Eco Resort

We were assigned a room where we had no cell phone data, neither wifi nor TV (it looked awful on all channels). The reception people reluctantly changed rooms. Data and wifi were still poor quality. White people in bad shape. Lack of cleaning and maintenance. The food and breakfast of the restaurant leave much to be desired. The only good thing was the good disposition of Gonzalo and the view of the hotel to the city. I wouldn't come back.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the reception during my stay at your hotel on 2 March. I appreciate the effort of the spa and bar staff, who were very friendly, but unfortunately the attention of the receptionist Luciana left much to be desired. The day before, we were offered the spa shift at 9:30, which made us leave just at 10:30, coinciding with the close of breakfast. When I asked for a solution at reception, instead of managing it, Luciana told me to talk to the bar manager myself, which I found inappropriate, as I expected a more resolute and cordial attitude on her part. Finally, the manager allowed us breakfast, although he was not particularly kind in his treatment. Before I retired, I respectfully mentioned to Luciana that her way of handling the situation had not been the best, but her response was even more defensive and uncordial. We left with a sense of disgust, and although we live in San Miguel de Tucumán, I think for a tourist this experience could mean not returning to the hotel. Tourism is essential for our province, and I think the receptionist attention should be up to scratch. I hope you can take this into account to improve the experience of future guests.
