Armenian Royal Palace

This is a pleasant hotel with spacious rooms. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner in our room was very noisy and the fridge emitted a low pitched droning sound. There was no plug for the bathroom sink. Wine at the bar is eight times more than at the shop next door. Breakfast was very ordinary. They ran out of black tea. Hot food was tepid. Bread was stale. Yesterday’s dinner leftovers were unappealing.

Every thing there is awful👎🏻 in the middle of no where. All the agency are saying lies about that hotel. Dirty rooms. They are not clean the rooms after checking out of every passengers, when you checking in you will see lots of hair and dirty things on the beds. smelly rooms and dirty Horrible location in middle of desert, even the taxi driver cant find your location, you have to pay lots of money because its really far from the city. Bad staff, they even don’t know what they do with their jobs, At first day when we gets into the rooms , we saw lots of water on the carpet from the bathroom till the middle of the rooms, Check my picture to see how they solved our problem, instead of cleaning or changing our room they just put a small heater to make lots of part of wet carpet dry👎🏻

I loved this hotel! It has all the opportunities to have a good rest. Most attentive and friendly staff, they are so lovely. Room was large enough, very comfortable and always clean. Highly recommended.
