Nairi Hotel

The worst experience in a long time working in the tourism industry. This hotel is a misunderstanding! Booked the hotel in advance for a large group of tourists, got confirmation that everything was okay. But upon arrival, it turned out there were no rooms for everyone. Staff take no responsibility, communicate rudely and have absolutely no problem-solving skills. The manager is an incompetent individual! The hotel itself also leaves much to be desired: dirty, uncomfortable, breakfasts very poor. I sincerely do not recommend this place to anyone.

This is the worst thing that can happen to a person.even a month before arriving in Armenia booked a room,the card was charged,we called and smooched the confirmation by phone as well.arrivals in Yerevan on the 31st of the night and what we smooched?we have no places,we can not give you a room,and generally the booking cheats you and we do not see any booking. The guard yelled, the admin was rude, eventually we were left outside. In the 2 hours we were sitting looking for another hotel, snooping there full of drunk Iranians, dirty toilet, in a word mess. Folks, don't believe the pictures, it's not four stars, it's crooks who can set you up at the last minute and you'll be left on the street without help in a foreign country.

We weren't satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Our issues included 1) Multiple cockroaches in our room 2) The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned and the hair of the previous occupant was all around the floor 3) one towel for two guests 4) no shampoo 5) very bad breakfast, all foods low quality 6) the staff were unfriendly and could barely speak English
