Located very nicely a short walk to pubs restaurants and shops, apartments are a little dated but this means they are spacious and good value for money. Parking is plenty and high enough to fit our top box. Decorated modernity inside. Not noisy at all and has no amenities. Service I found very good and responsive if you need a place to stay whilst spending most of your time out and about in Canberra.

The best thing about this accommodation is the location. Nothing else. Recommend taking images at check-in as we were unfairly and unjustly charged for issues, pre-existing, we did not cause or were not accountable for. Management would not acknowledge the issue was not our doing and without the courtesy of contact for discussion, charged us the security deposit, three days after checkout. Tainted a lovely weekend.

The good- nice location. Quiet. Big accommodation. Comfy bed. Walkable to some shops and food options. Covered car park. The bad - oven grill was filthy. Room was very cold and split system in lounge wasn’t enough. No oil fin beater in second bedroom but lady at reception did get two more when I asked, which was nice. Needs a good clean. Bathroom fan so duty it won’t remove bathroom air. Window sills behind roller blinds filthy. Blanket for bed was dirty.
