Always enjoy staying at this hotel. A great place. Rooms are spotlessly clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Free underground parking. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone for any type of stay.

We have been staying here for so long and have always had a pleasant experience . For the last 7 or 8 years we have booked for the 22nd of December and also for the 30th of December so we can break the Drive to Albury from Batemans bay and return . We always request Room 212 , a queen Spa Room as it next to Lift and we don't have carry our Luggage too far . We had booked over the Phone with the Hotel in February We were checking out on the 23rd of December and we made a point of Confirming our Booking for the 30th December in Room 212 . This was confirmed . All Good . We arrived just after 2pm on the 30th December only to be told we had been put in room 201 . I told the Lady that we had reserved 212 and confirmed the Booking the Week before . She said that someone else was in the Room already and there was nothing they could do . We were a bit Cranky by now so I said we will find other accommodation and that they have just lost a regular Customer . The attitude of the Staff was complete indifference . The Lady that checked us out the previous Week and who confirmed our Room & Booking was also at the Desk and my Wife asked her if she remembered Confirming our Booking and she replied She had never seen us before . Which was an outright Lie . We will NEVER book Quality Hotel Dickson again .

Located walking distance to shops and many restaurants in Chinatown. It was a comfortable stay for one night with plenty food options.
