After renovations of all rooms in the motel, the disabled bathroom is now less accessible as the owners have removed the shower seat and the hand held shower head. The photos on the website have not been updated to reflect the new bathroom configuration. Hence we did not book this facility.

Great location but that is all. Servicing of rooms is well below standards. Stayed 5 nights, room not vacuumed or cleaned, towels changed only after asking, no washing up liquid or tea towels. Asked for bed to be changed after 4 days. Shower mouldy, car park and gardens are disgusting and finished with a sewer leak and had to shut windows and door. Lights not working on front entrance and reception area. No staff around at all on Canberra Day. Ibis should be ashamed to have their name associated with this motel

The toiletries are very good, the bed was fine and there is free parking. Everything else is shockingly bad. They provide crockery and cutlery- but no sink or dishwashing liquid or tea towel. Unhygienic! The fridge is noisy because the cupboard doesn’t allow enough ventilation. I thought I’d turn on the air conditioning to mask the fridge noise- but the air conditioning didn’t work!! Everything is old and tired. But cheap so I guess we all only get what we pay for.
