The room was clean and comfortable with lots of space to move around and a decent size balcony. Wifi and TV worked well with no issues and the bathroom was well equipped with good shower pressure and hot water. Location was perfect - right in front of the river, with shops and restaurants all around and free parking underground. It was nice to have the indoor pool available since the beaches were not suitable for swimming after the extreme deluge in the region. The staff were friendly and helpful and property was great value for money when we decided to fly up last minute. Only feedback is the TV in the room is quite small for where they have positioned it. Overall, would definitely stay again as it was a simple home away from home.

The Good bits- room 308 is a 2 Bed Apartment on the 3rd Floor. Magificent views up and down the Richmond River from the Huge Balcony. Small wharf on the river edge with boats coming and going. Wharf Bar & Restaurant is adjacent. Apartment is Huge with a full size Kitchen plus a laundry is you need. Huge Ensuite off Master Bed room plus a second bathroom. Smart TV (Netflix & Foxtel) in Lounge Room, Smart TV (Netflix) in Master. Everything you need for a holiday. Porter Trollies available on the ground floor to get your gear to your room with very efficient lifts (security cards only). Security Basement Parking. The Bad Bits- Old Decor with everything functional but seeing better days. Very Dim Celing Lights & Lounge Reading Light (All Yellow) in main Dining & Lounge Area. Extensive rust around Fridge Handles. Large Crack in MB Ensuite Vanity Top. New owner has just taken over so hope he has plans to gradually upgrade the rooms. However the price was still good value for the great location, views & size etc.

The hotel rooms are overpriced for what they are. Filthy stinky sticky carpet and lukewarm 'hot' water in the shower. But the worst part is the establishment across the road ( Australian Hotel) which is EXTREMELY! loud and was a total torture.
