We stumbled across the restaurant as it was close to where we were staying. The food was so good we came back the next night without considering anywhere else.

Lovely decor hotel with good food and excellent service. Good pub menu choice with lots of favourites that have been on the menu for years. Their home made duck spring rolls are fabulous so make sure you start with them!

Attended the Astra Restaurant on two occasions during recent stay in Broken Hill. Staff were very friendly, nice ambience and decor. Was a good clientele on both occasions. Meals were very good, had steak one time and the ragu the next. Staff were accommodating. Prices were middle of the range. Overall good dining experience when in Broken Hill.
