Absolute rip off for the prices they are charging! $700 for 2 nights for a room that stunk like sewage, no hot water and blinds that didn’t even cover the windows properly. The bed rolled around the room, the TV didn’t work and the tiny fridge was rusting on the floor. We have stayed in many places but this place was definitely not worth the price.

The Receptionist has got to be the rudest person I have ever met in a reception role! Unwelcoming, unhelpful and just plain rude! Rooms are not clean, mould in the shower, used tissues under the bed. Be careful which room you choose. Our Heritage Spa room was like a shoebox. The proximity to town is the only thing this motel has going for it. Would not recommend

There is lots of accommodation in broken hill (which claims to have a city centre), its no city, maybe that's why they all have a bad attitude, including the reception staff at this prison like filthy, disgusting excuse accommodation, AVOID
