Gaia Retreat And Spa

Stayed 4 nights at Gaia Retreat near Byron Bay NSW recently this month February 2025 and did not know how this experience would benefit me but the entire experience was amazing and so very rewarding and refreshing of the mind and body.What made it so special was the incredible staff in all departments with the entire team of staff from the reception, kitchen and wait staff to the spa and housekeeping staff showing their assistance and dedication.The spa staff offer many and varied treatments to suit everyone in which I had a relaxing massage and body polish and face mask from a wonderful and lovely lady.The food was exceptional with you experiencing many different types of fresh produce that was beautifully prepared and very tasty and nutritious.The grounds are immaculate and well maintained by the gardening staff who have created a space that is comfortable and relaxing and is a pleasure to be in. I highly recommend this retreat set in some of NSW most beautiful surroundings.

From the food, to the staff, the only way I can describe it is an earthy opulence. I hope to host a retreat here some time soon. They made our retreat memorable at every opportunity and I hope to make others feel the way I was made to feel here.

Came up to Gaia for a the day spa and was not disappointed The most amazing Anti-Oxidant facial and head & arm massage followed by lounging by the pool Once owned by Olivia Newton-John this is a little slice of heaven just outside of Byron If you are visiting Byron this is a must
