Disgusted with the room, air con leaking from the ceiling with a bucket catching the water and a strong smell of damp, asked for another room to be told the manager wasn’t in, I have a 3 night stay here, unacceptable

This hotel is an absolute imposition and not worth a single cent!!! The photos on the booking platforms have nothing to do with reality: - The furniture looks like it's thrown together by the bulky waste, many of them are broken. - Windows were damaged and leaking – it pulled, the cold wind came in, it was loud as a result. We only had 16 degrees in the room at times!!! - The room was dirty, dust, stains, moisture damage to the walls and musty smell everywhere. - Vermin in the room. - A floodlight shone on our room window all night - From 6 am construction noise right outside the window. - The entire accommodation seems run-down, neglected and unhygienic. We couldn’t find another place to stay and had to stay – a mistake I will never make again. Our last days in Sydney were ruined by this hotel. Worst of all: The hotel does not respond to any requests or complaints, including multiple follow-ups from Booking.com. This behaviour is disrespectful, unprofessional and bordering on fraud. Conclusion: Hands off! I travel a lot, but this was by far the worst place I've ever been.

Smelly, dirty shacks. The taxi driver who took us to get out of here spoke of an hourly hotel. The description of the carpenters does not correspond in any way to reality (and on all sides). The owner brusk also rejected any clarification on site. An alleged cancellation on the part of the provider,ended in a brazen debit.
