We tried to check in but we were turned away saying we need to have a negative test. We are both fully vaccinated from regional NSW. No where on the website or booking.com it states this. I think it was due to the fact we are young. So disappointed for our first time away. The manager was so rude to us.

staff were great. clean room overlooking a car park (with 5 rooms occupied!) an upgrade would have been welcome. No room service but same price to 'grab n go'. No breakfast and no lunch vs website. overcharged and told to wait 7 days for a refund! no thanks. never again.

Expensive motel with promise of lots of facilities. Not delivered. We were told the Gym, sauna and spa was allegedly closed, even though we saw people in them! The proximity to the beach is nice and the pool seems nice. The rooms would be OK, but for the extensive peeling paint on walls, dated airconditioning system and general old and dated. Dangerous power outlet with no switch at easy reach of children. Not likely to be legal. The bathrooms were shocking. Looked and smelled like a hospital ward. Mouse / gecko poo in the bath. Dirty mouldy shower head, dirty toilet seat so old the plastic had bubbles, sterile lighting, tiny faucet with old rusty taps. Handle falling off door. Curtains wouldnt close so light got in from either side. Not a resort but a dilapidated old motel that needs a huge amount of work. Save the $180.00 per night and dont go.
