We absolutely loved our stay at Pacific Towers in Coffs Harbour. The apartment was fresh, spacious, and filled with gorgeous ocean views that instantly put us in holiday mode. Being right across from the beach was a huge bonus, and everything we needed was just a short stroll away. The whole place had a fun, relaxed vibe, and the facilities were spot‑on. It made our getaway feel easy, sunny, and memorable. We will be back

2 lights in bathroom not working The toilet seat was not attached properly Bedroom curtains rail was falling down The top of the fridge was not cleaned appropriately. The Modem was covered in dust Marks around walls and falling paint of walls Unfinished painted bathroom doors with the paint brushed randomly Old and tired looking furniture Very soft mattress in bedroom not sure if the mattress was collapsed? Unfortunately, could not sleep A shower window screen falling off the rail. Balcony door lock was not working Cd's and DVD's left in unit randomly No clothes hangers available! Rust covered bar chairs!!! Could not take a bath because of rusty looking water running out of the bath tap A paint left in wardrobe?? I am not sure what other units in rental pool looked like but our unit was in desperate need of maintenance. Our family has requested an unit on higher floor but the Receptionist lady told us there is an extra charge and this is the accommodation we paid for. I also told them those pictures of the accommodation on the Website are not the same compared to our unit. Unfortunately, I was told to contact the accommodation website. So I did. Not sure if they were really intrested to listen Go

Where do you start?? The location was perfect and the view amazing but that is where it ends. The unit was dated, dirty and had broken furniture. They stuffed 2 of the outdoor chairs at the end of the balcony so as not to use them and lounge suite springs were broken. Essentially I had no chairs to sit on in the living room. The carpet was stained beyond belief, german cockroaches in the dishwasher and a dead one next to it, dented and chipped walls and skirting, vents caked with dust and lint, dryer filter had not been cleaned. I had to scrape someone else's lint off it to use it! All fixtures had not been cleaned and the windows and tracks were feral. So much so there wasn't a clear view. I understand salt spray but these just plainly had not been cleaned. Our friends had an amazing unit in the same complex so not sure if just an owner of a unit who doesn't care or a manager who doesn't care! As a Property Manager myself I would not let a tenant move into such a dirty property.
