Country Comfort Cowra Countryman

This motel seems to have several names, here Country Comfort, the sign outside, Countryman Motor Inn! Whatever. It's a great place to stay. Everything clean and comfortable with a smiling welcoming face at reception. Nice and quiet. Everything works esp the excellent air con. TV not so great. Everything else spotless and terrific. Would come again.

The place was a bit quirky. At the edge of town which was still convenient to walk to the centre of town. Layout of the room was OK but the bathroom /toilet wasn't arcitect inspired. The reception isn't staffed all that much. The motel was also nearly empty which even after school holidays is a bit strange. I would stay there again if needed so nothing particularly wrong. Internet worked well.

This hotel was booked for a group weekend away as it had a pool. When we arrived on a 38 degree day the pool was empty and apparently had been out of operation for about a year. Amenities are simple...bed was hard...needs an update. There was no outside shade or grass area.
