Location is perfect when attending events at Olympic Park. Room was clean and had free water which was a nice touch. Staff were very friendly at check in and the express check out was convenient. Not being able to pre book parking was a risky move, we were travelling by our own vehicle from several hours away so were lucky we got a park in the hotel. Not sure what we would've done if there wasnt an available space. Main issue was the room was booked for a Queen bed which was also confirmed when checking in. When we got to our room it was 2 single beds that were very uncomfortable. This was my husband and I first night away since having our baby so separate beds put a big dampener on the evening. As we didnt get into our room at 11 at night, it wasnt plausible to get the hotel to fix the situation. We also went to order room service and the time frame for a pepperoni pizza was almost 2 hours so we didnt bother. The room itself was clean and had all the facilities we would've required if the bed was correct and more comfortable.

Stayed here near concert venue. Room wasn’t ready until 30 mins before we needed to leave, 1hr 20 after checkin time. No effort was made. Ruined a special experience. If I could give a minus review I would.

The hotel is combined with Novotel and they have a shared reception. They do have a carpark which is accessible from Showground Road, as well as a driveway from Herb Elliot Ave. The lobby was quite spacious and had a bar and cafe/restaurant. I came by for a conference in Waterview so the location wasn't too bad for that. It is very close to Accor Stadium and the Sydney Showgrounds so it is an ideal location if you're going to those venues. There is even a door which goes directly out to Olympic Boulevard, where the McDonald's and the fig grove are located. The rooms were nice and fairly spacious. They were clean and the bathrooms were also tidy. The carpark wasn't bad but the elevators took a while to reach there and I did have issues getting out. Fortunately, it is connected to reception and staying there made it easy to solve. I did try to meet someone in Marrickville and it was a mission getting there on the trains. You have to transfer in Lidcombe and the platform is kinda hidden behind platform 1, so it can be confusing if you're not sure where to go. The hotel wasn't bad if you needed to be around Olympic Park but probably not the best if you wanted to explore Sydney.
