Central and easy access to Darlinghurst Rd. Kings Cross train station 5mins walk. Refined atmosphere. Classy and professional. Immaculate room. Cosy with heating (cold as its winter). Lounge was comfortable and room has a designer feel to the decor. Very good value. I was upgraded without charge. I was surprised of the quality comparitive to price

Great location in a good area and close to the metro. Affordable price according to the season Good size room Cons negative room poorly soundproof floor that makes a noise not possible including a hole in the parquet bathroom small with shower door that hits the wall afraid to break it In conclusion good hotel but a good renovation is necessary.

Ive stayed here a few times when it was the Bayswater Hotel. Big rooms and comfortable. Unfortunately there were other guests here that were very drunk and very loud and with no hotel staff available the police had to be called. The sounds travel from adjoining rooms which wasnt good. The hotel staff were very apologetic.
