Marque Hotel Sydney

I stayed at Central Studio Hotel Sydney as part of a work trip with a group of colleagues, with the hotel selected by our workplace. What made the stay memorable was the exceptional customer service and fantastic location. A special mention must go to Joseph, who consistently provided outstanding service throughout our stay. After returning each day from a long day at work, he would always greet everyone warmly and personally, making the effort to remember people and genuinely check that everything was going well. His bubbly personality, positive attitude, and commitment to customer service never wavered and created a welcoming atmosphere that our entire group appreciated. Staff like Joseph are a real credit to any hotel. The location is another standout feature. It's conveniently close to public transport and surrounded by an incredible range of food options, making it easy to get around Sydney and find somewhere great to eat at any time of day. I stayed in Room 1108, which I found comfortable and perfectly suitable for my work trip. While my focus was primarily on work during my stay, the combination of Joseph's exceptional customer service and the hotel's excellent location made for a very positive experience overall. A big thank you to Joseph for going above and beyond every day.

Absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever received from any hotel/motel! Joseph was generous and kind and made my father/daughter birthday trip a 10/10 on the first day! 10/10 would come back and recommend anyone to come stay anytime!

We arrived to a very cheerful welcome from Joseph and an upgrade to a suite. This was a lovely surprise. The suite was beautiful, over looking George st toward central station. Although we were in a busy area of the city it was quiet (windows doubled glazed). Thankyou for making us so welcomed and comfortable. Definitely will stay here again.
