Oaks on Castlereagh

We enjoyed our stay on this property. Apartment is managed by Oaks. There are lot of private operators, make sure you book on Oaks official website. Cleaning standards absolutely the best. Very convenient location with lots of restaurants and cafe within 5 min walk. Highly recommended for anyone to stay here.

Arrived Sunday night to find a no smoking policy at hotel that was not advertised in T&C's and no refund to cancel and go elsewhere. Booked a balcony room. Well the balcony was actually a room with a small window. Requested to be moved to a room with a proper balcony to be told none available. Paid $111 for parking and couldn't leave the vehicle there for a full 48 hours. Noisy air con clunking just outside bedroom door, and lots of noisy air cons around my room also. Great pillows

No drinking glasses or cutlery in the room. Amenities were limited. Room was smelly, old and dirty Felt old
