Waldorf Sydney South - Chippendale

I’m not sure how this is a 4 star apartment hotel as it certainly isn’t. They advertise this as modern apartments but the place is run down. The location is great but that’s about it. It is beside a main road of which you can hear EVERYTHING from inside to outside and we hardly got any sleep for the 7 nights we stayed. The apartment is run down, paint peeling, chippings and stains everywhere, see photos. Not value for money and we will not be recommending this place.

Room was pretty good - clean, comfortable, cooking and washing facilities were a great touch. Only negative was that the shower in our bathroom had to be hand-held and could not stay on the holder to be able to use it.

We had an enjoyable stay, the room had all the necessary amenities and was good value. The staff were very helpful and the location is convenient, close to eateries and shops.
