Disappointed how the rooms and furnishings have deteriorated and the cheap decor with is outdated.
Booked 4 nights in a serviced apartment, room was only cleaned to 70% with floors still messy and kitchen area dirty.
Manager moved us to another apartment (not what we were expecting) but he had no staff to clean the room.
Next apartment had newer carpet and kitchen, but still dusty, chipped old furniture and the dirty drapes.
Toiletries were not replaced daily and only clean towels were left.
Having stayed here on 3 other times I the last 6 years, the complex has expanded in rooms, but the upkeep is stretched bare.
Management and housekeeping staff should visit the Kidman Way at Griffith to see the the exceptional clean rooms with simple clean modern furnishings.
No I would not stay here again.
