Very friendly staff but our cabin was pretty grotty…feet sticking to floor, rubbish/dead flies etc on floors and someone else’s half used milk still in fridge. Everything also stuck to the table. I appreciate that we had the privilege of dog friendly cabin (which is really old) but feel that it could have been cleaned to a much higher standard despite its age.

Very untidy, maintenance needs to be finished. Looks like a construction ground not caravan site. Gravel & rocks everywhere, little grass or not at all. Ok for 1 night but not anymore. Price is very expensive for what you get. I’m not sure when they started the maintenance but by other reviews it has been going for a while!

This was just what we wanted. 2 bedrooms for 2 adults. We appreciated the warm friendly reception and little details like fresh milk in the fridge. And the heating was very efficient. The floor felt a bit gritty under bare feet and could have used a sweep and possibly a mop. Otherwise, loved it.
