Kiama Shores is officially rated as a 4-star accommodation, but honestly, the level of comfort and service made us feel like we were staying at a 5-star property. The location is excellent close to many restaurants and only about a 7–10 minute walk to the beach, which made it very convenient for us to explore the area. A special thank you to the housekeeping team, who truly deserve a big thumbs up! 👏 They did an amazing job keeping our room extremely clean and tidy throughout our stay. What impressed us most was their attention to detail. They provided tea, coffee, cookies and hot chocolate, and every day they made sure everything was topped up after we used it. We never had to ask for additional amenities because the housekeeping team was always one step ahead. They made sure everything was properly replaced and replenished, and the room always felt fresh, clean and well taken care of. You can really tell when a housekeeping team takes pride in their work, and this team certainly does. Big compliments to the entire housekeeping team for the excellent service! 👏 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kiama Shores and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Kiama.

Great location , great staff and great rooms BUT really noisy. Traffic noise , petrol station next door noise and restaurant/bar late night revellers noise made it impossible for a good nights sleep . Added to the constant banging of heavy doors that are impossible to close quietly.

Room on first floor was clean and well equipped. Plenty of tea/coffee in the kitchenette, biscuits and fresh milk supplied. Bedding and towels sparkling white. Pool towels provided. Beds very comfortable and very little noise from outside. No view to speak of but just across the road from the water. Air con efficient and needed! Plenty of parking. Good value. Would definitely use again.
