The Sebel Harbourside Kiama

We stayed for two nights at this hotel. There was ample parking and the check in process was quick and the staff friendly. The room was a nice size for a couple and very clean with all the usual amenities. The breakfast buffet was good and you wre able to order eggs the way you wanted as well. The property is only a short walk from the main street where there are many cafes & restaurants and lso not far from the Blowhole. A very convenient place to stay whilst in Kiama.

My first trip to Australia brought me to Kiama for work, and staying at The Sebel Kiama made the experience exceptional. As an international traveler, you're never quite sure what to expect when you're far from home. From the moment I arrived, the front desk team made me feel genuinely welcome. Their professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness were outstanding. They were always willing to answer questions, provide recommendations, and ensure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. What impressed me most was that I stayed for an extended period, yet every interaction felt like my very first day. The warmth, enthusiasm, and level of service never diminished. It's easy for long-term guests to become "just another room number," but that was never the case here. Every encounter was personal, friendly, and authentic. The hotel itself is comfortable, well-maintained, and perfectly located to enjoy the beauty of Kiama. But it was the people who truly made this stay memorable. Good-sized room, good location, close to town but also far enough away from the main drag. Facilities were clean, and service was great. Was in town for a wedding room was perfect location to just zip downstairs for the wedding, geat access to all facilites the motel has to offer.
