Best Western Travellers Motor Village

The room was so bad we couldn't stay, blood on the curtains, dirty sheets etc Unfortunately we didn't inspect the room before checking in and leaving for the day so when we came back the front desk was vacant but we dropped the keys in the return box and drove all the way home. We asked for a refund which was ignored so issued a chargeback on our credit card however the credit card company sided with them due to their cancellation policy. Suffice it to say I wouldn't stay here if I were you and you'd be better off in your car. I'm happy I fought the good fight and I'm glad I only booked one night

Absolutely atrocious. A complete cesspool. Filthy,mattress extremely old,rock hard can feel the springs. What furniture there was ,was old chipped. The shower was built in mold. Mouse droppings in cupboard. Traffic noise. The homeless might appreciate it if it was raining. Lady at reception was pleasant.

Bed was old and hard, pillows worn out. No dish cloth, tea towel or sponge to clean and dry own dishes. Small cockroaches in the bathroom. Shower recess was filthy. Sheets and towels were clean. No wifi information given …. Receptionist was very vague.
