Joshua was very friendly and helpful. We had bicycles with us and he was able to store them in a back room. Additionally, we very much appreciated the early check in as well. The location is fantastic and I found the place good value for money.

The location is good for the train station. The staff were friendly. The hotel lobby, lift & floors in general were not cleaned for the 3 days I stayed here. This should be done regularly; it doesn't give a good first impression. And the cleaning room on my floor was always open & looked so messy. My room was average, in that it was quite old & tired. I had to ask for coffee & tea as there were not any in my room, my cups were a little dirty & 1 was chipped. I liked being on the street side as I had a tree for a view which blocked some noise from the street. I saw the breakfast option at the hotel but as the area wasn't really clean & had to pay extra for coffee I decided not to eat at the hotel. The atmosphere around the hotel area is very quiet. I went in December between Christmas & New Year & so many places were closed.
